Who runs this site

swipe-games.org is an independent guide to Swipe Games titles and the casinos that list them. It is not operated by, owned by or endorsed by Swipe Games the studio, and it is not a casino. For anything on this page, write to contact@swipe-games.org.

The short version

There is no sign-up here, no login, no comment box and no payment form, so the ordinary ways a website accumulates personal data are simply absent. What remains is the technical record any web server keeps, plus one third party that sees your request because every page passes through it: Cloudflare. Everything below is detail on those points.

What the server records

Each request is written to a standard access log held by the hosting provider. A log line contains your IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the HTTP status returned, the size of the response, the referring page if your browser sent one, and your browser's user-agent string. These entries exist to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or outages. They are not combined with anything else and are not used to build a profile of you.

What is never collected

No accounts, so no usernames or passwords. No contact forms, so no names, postal addresses or phone numbers. No payments are accepted anywhere on this domain, so no card or banking details ever reach it. No advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no analytics product, no fingerprinting script, no session recording. Nothing on this site asks you for a special category of personal data such as health, religion or political opinion, and you should not send any.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets no cookies and writes nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage. You will not see a consent banner here because there is no non-essential storage to consent to. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the service available and to tell automated traffic from human traffic; that cookie carries no identifier we can read and is not used for advertising.

Cloudflare

Traffic to this domain passes through Cloudflare, which serves as CDN, TLS terminator and security filter. Cloudflare necessarily sees your IP address, the requested URL and your user-agent, and applies its own bot and abuse rules before a request reaches the origin server. Cloudflare processes that data as a service provider under its own privacy terms.

Fonts and third-party requests

Typefaces are served from this domain, not from a font CDN, so opening a page here does not make your browser contact Google or any other font host. Apart from the network path described in the previous section, a normal page view reaches no third party at all: there is no advertising network, no analytics endpoint and no embedded widget on this site.

The casino buttons on this site are affiliate links. Clicking one loads a short redirect page on this domain and then sends you to the operator or to the operator's tracking partner. That hand-off passes your IP address and user-agent to the destination, and the destination usually sets its own tracking identifier so that the operator can attribute a later registration to this site. From the moment you land on the operator, its privacy policy governs, not this one. The redirect page is marked noindex and stores nothing about you locally.

How long anything is kept

Access logs rotate on the hosting provider's standard schedule and are held for a short operational window, on the order of weeks, then deleted. Cloudflare retains its own edge logs under its own schedule. Because there are no accounts and no database of visitors, there is no long-lived store of personal data on this domain to retain or delete.

Your rights in the EEA and the UK

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. The lawful basis for keeping access logs is legitimate interest in operating and defending the site. Be aware of a practical limit: an IP address in a log is not linked to your name here, so to act on a request we would usually need the exact address and an approximate timestamp. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Your rights in California

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected about you, request deletion, and request correction. This site does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that sense. Exercising any of these rights will not get you a worse experience here, since the site behaves the same for everyone.

Age limit, changes and contact

This site is meant for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, which is 18 or higher and 21 in some places. It is not directed at children and no data is knowingly collected from them.
